(ครม.เป็นผู้เสนอ) และฉบับที่นายวิรัตน์ กัลยาศิริ ส.ส.สงขลา พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ และคณะเป็นผู้เสนอ มีสาระสำคัญคือ ปรับโครงสร้างเงินเดือนครูกว่า 4 แสนคน ให้เทียบเท่าข้าราชการพลเรือน

ที่ประชุมมีมติรับหลักการร่าง พ.ร.บ.ทั้งสองฉบับด้วยคะแนนเอกฉันท์ 314 เสียง โดย ส.ส.ฝ่ายรัฐบาลต่างสนับสนุนให้เร่งออกกฎหมายดังกล่าวให้มีผลบังคับใช้ได้ใน เดือนมีนาคมนี้ เพื่อให้เงินเดือนครูที่สังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการขึ้น 8% และเมื่อถึงวันที่ 1 เมษายน จะปรับเงินเดือนอีก 5% พร้อมข้าราชการทั่วประเทศ พร้อมปรับเงินค่าวิทยฐานะขึ้นด้วย

หลังจากสภามีมติรับหลักการร่าง นายชินวรณ์ บุณยเกียรติ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ได้เดินลงมาพบครูจากโรงเรียนต่างใน กทม.ประมาณ 20 โรงเรียนนับร้อยคน ซึ่งรอผลอยู่ที่บริเวณห้องโถง อาคารรัฐสภา 1 ท่ามกลางเสียงปรบมือขอบคุณอย่างกึกก้อง

New Alliance with Relationship Exchange boosts members to 21 million

A new agreement signed in December between two leading companies in the online dating industry has created one of the largest dating databases in the world.

Comprising over twenty one million members, the new database is larger than the entire population of Australia and has been created between Relationship Exchange and World Dating Partners.

Under the terms of the agreement, Relationship Exchange, owned by Think Partnership, will move all its partner websites onto World Dating Partners’ technology platform. It will also merge its database of over fourteen million members into World Dating Partners. The joint database will now top twenty one million members and will be available in eleven countries.

World Dating Partners has made a multi-million dollar investment in its IT over several years, which now comprises over thirty servers running Oracle RAC software, an enterprise-class IT system more commonly found in major corporations.

Freed from the constraints of managing its ‘back-office’, Relationship Exchange now plans to accelerate its growth and, according to its President, Brady Whittingham, expects to grow exponentially in the next few years.

He said, “We’ll focus our attention on helping our affiliates grow their businesses, safe in the knowledge that we’ve, together with World Dating Partners, created one of the largest dating databases of its kind in the world, containing the world’s most sophisticated compatibility matching system.”

Robert Fathers said, “This agreement signals our intent to continue expanding our business. We believe we’re firmly established as the number one dating service provider but intend to continue to broaden and deepen our service portfolio. We will be making a number of announcements in the next twelve months that will bear this out.”

Page Load Times Affect AdWords Quality Score

Thanks to the diligence of an affiliate marketer, it is now known that Google instituted a new factor in determining the quality score for AdWords ads: landing page load time. In brief, slow landing page load times negatively impact quality scores, which increases minimum bids and ad placement rankings.

Google made the change around February 8th, but it would be a month before a WebmasterWorld forum member discovered the change by sifting through several hundred pages of the AdWords FAQ.

Judging by the suffering ROIs expressed by commentators in a previous article regarding Google's new quality initiatives, not everybody is convinced cracking down on advertiser quality will help Google's bottom line, or advertisers'. MSN, with its significantly higher ROI may be looking mighty attractive to advertisers lately, even if the volume is less.

But lower click volume for higher ROI is Google's apparent goal. The philosophy is high quality advertisers provide higher incentive to click and better relevancy to searchers, and justify not only higher cost-per-click, but also an elitist placement scheme.

Google's relative silence about the change, though, leaves lots of room for speculation. They're usually much more upfront about things that are not their core algorithm. It makes one wonder if Google is better-dealing smaller search marketers, who helped propel Google to glory well in advance of major brands, for big-budget clients. They do have shareholders to think about these days, and also the leverage of market share to make demands even in open auction settings.

At any rate, affiliate marketers will from now on have to not only pay special attention to their web sites for organic search reasons, but also for paid search reasons. Load time requirements shouldn't be that much of a surprise, it's been an algorithmic factor for some time.

The quality score is either negatively impacted or not impacted by load time, not positively influenced. It's determined once a month, which leaves an obvious question; If my quality score is lowered, but then I fixed the load time, will I have to wait another month to see my quality score raised back to normal? Or, can load time, a good score for which doesn't raise my quality score, restore the score to the original at all?

Google issued some tips for improving load times, which is all we get for now:

· Use fewer redirects.

· Reduce the page size by using fewer, smaller, and more highly-compressed images.

· Do not use interstitial pages.

· Minimize the use of iframes on your landing page.

· Contact your webmaster or webhosting provider to discuss other ways of improving your website's load time.

A word of warning: Watch out for dubious claims from hosting companies guaranteeing faster page load times, especially if they're based on geographical proximity to Google's servers. "Watch the hosting space, companies may be marketing higher Google AdWords quality scores guarantees with their hosting agreements."

I’ve worked side by side with many Super affiliates. I’ve even helped create a few. They all share a special kind of mindset. So as you read these 10 characteristics of affiliate super-achievers, ask yourself, “Could I learn to think this way?”

#1 – Super affiliates think creatively.

You know what you’ll get if you do what everyone else does? You’ll get what they get... only you’ll be splitting it with them, and all their imitators.

The Top 10 Dumbest Web Site Decisions

Having worked with web sites for the past eleven years, I've seen a LOT of errors, poor judgment and embarrassing gaffs on the web. Sometimes they are the fault of the client, the web designer, the IT Manager, or the SEO, but human error is always to blame. The saddest thing is that the problems are usually preventable.

Here is a list of what I consider to be the Top 10 dumbest web site decisions ever, in reverse order, David Letterman style :

10) Misspelling a Domain

Back in the glory days of the late 1990's when I was working for a large Internet agency, the web designers had responsibility for the registration of domain names on behalf of clients. One particular designer had a face to face meeting with a major client, during which the client asked him to register CarTuneCentral.com (or so he thought!). The staffer did a check and was delighted to see the domain available. He made the purchase and proudly emailed the client.

An hour later his boss called him in to his office to say that he'd had a call from a very frustrated client who *actually* wanted him to register CartoonCentral.com. Needless to say the desired domain wasn't available and the whole office dined on his mistake for months.

9) Letting the Domain Name Expire

Now what type of company would allow their domain to expire a month after site launch? A very large one, that's who. I'll save the company some embarrassment and won't reveal their name but the site was offline for a total of 2 days while they scrambled to pay their registrar, sort out DNS propagation and cover their tails.

8) Flashing your Cyber Underpants

One of the most common web site management platforms provided by hosting companies used to store the site statistics in a common folder called /statistics/. You could password protect this folder, but the default was to leave it open to the public and so many unwary webmasters unwittingly published full traffic data for their site on the Internet, open to any person who knew where to look.

I learned this the hard way in a public forum from a member who said he had just reviewed my traffic for the previous month and was very impressed. Publishing site statistics for all the world to see is what I call flashing your cyber underpants and I've never let it happen again!

7) Publishing Sensitive Company Information

Quite a few companies have been guilty of doing this, including AOL, who published a search data report in 2006 that contained the private details of thousands of AOL customers. Although the report was taken offline within a few days, it had already been mirrored and distributed across the Internet. The fallout eventually led to the resignation of AOL's Chief Technical Officer.

Although not quite as serious, an ex-client of mine once published a page that had notes on it from the Sales Manager about the best way to strong-arm a customer into purchasing a higher-ticket item. Apparently the web designer didn't realize the hand-written post-it notes were not part of the web page copy. Duh!

6) Using an Insulting 404 Error Page

I clash with the web design team of one of my clients on a regular basis. Earlier this year, my client completely re-designed their web site and so I recommended they ask their web design team to design a custom 404 error page in case visitors navigated to a page on the old site that no longer existed.

Their web design team put up a message that read:

"404 Error. You've obviously typed in the wrong URL. Either that or the page you are looking for no longer exists."

That was it! No apology for the missing page, no recommendation to use the navigation to find what they were looking for, just an insulting message that accuses the visitor of being an idiot. Persons viewing that page would be clicking the "back" button as fast as they could.

5) Taking a Site Offline for Maintenance

I find it fascinating that very large sites run by intelligent people still get taken offline for maintenance on a regular basis. Search engines don't understand the "Back in 15 minutes" sign and the longer the site is down, the bigger the risk.

If search bots try and index a site while it is down, they will most likely assume the previously indexed pages have expired and remove them from the search index. This means that all your hard-earned rankings could be flushed down the toilet until search engines can successfully re-index your site. Surely a mirror site for maintenance periods isn't that difficult to set up?

4) Buying a Dot Biz When the Dot Com Was Available

Ok, I'm putting up my hand on this one. I'm not going to reveal the domain but yes, I registered a dot biz domain back in 2000 when the dot com was actually available. The dot com version of my domain was bought by Yahoo a short time later and turned into a product site. Ack! My excuse is that, at the time, dot biz sites were rumored to be the next big thing and all companies were being urged to choose them over dot coms. Ok, I was wrong!

3) Allowing a Customer Complaint to Remain on a Site for 12 Months

When I was working as a public relations consultant, I was given the responsibility of re-writing the web copy of a large real estate client. One of the areas I was asked to re-write was the welcome paragraph on the Customer Feedback page where existing customers of the estate agent chain could login and leave comments about their experience.

While writing the copy, I scanned some of the customer feedback and came across an aggressive message left 12 months earlier by an obviously unhappy customer. She had used some of the most colorful language I've ever seen (and some that I hadn't) and very detailed descriptions of how she was going to take her revenge on the company for allegedly allowing a tenant to destroy her house. Nobody in charge of the web site had even noticed the comment and I still wonder how many potential customers would have been put off from using the estate agent after reading it.

2) Switching a Web Site Off for a 3 Week Christmas Vacation

Yes, many moons ago, an ex-client of mine decided to take her entire web site offline (without telling me!) while she was on a 3 week vacation over Christmas. Only a month earlier, she had paid me $5,000 to optimize it for search engines.

It had just achieved some impressive top 10 results and all the carefully optimized pages were attracting good traffic when she shut it down and replaced the entire site with a 1 page sign that said "closed until after Christmas". I noticed the traffic and search ranking declines in her stats and was completely flabbergasted when I found the site gone. Her response when I confronted her? "Why didn't you TELL ME this could happen?"

And the dumbest web site decision I've ever witnessed?

1) Promoting a Domain Name You Don't Own:

My Alma Mater, the University of Newcastle, have spent thousands of dollars on television advertising here in Australia, marketing their new site for online post-graduate coursework: GradSchool Dot Com. There's only one problem. The domain for this site is actually Gradschool.com.au. They don't even own Gradschool.com!

Sadly, this glaring marketing error seems to have totally escaped them and they are happily referring to their brand as Gradschool.com on all their marketing material and throughout their .com.au domain. It's tragic to think of all the potential students typing in Gradschool.com expecting to find the University program. I see that whoever purchased Gradschool.com has slapped up some AdSense code on it so at least somebody will reap the benefits of those thousands of advertising dollars wasted by the University.

Don't let any of these web site tragedies happen to you. Make sure that your site decisions aren't in the hands of dummies!

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Super Affiliate! Corny, but "super affiliate" is the new buzzword for affiliates who are both ambitious and successful at affiliate marketing. There are wild claims online about affiliate marketing: Make Millions Overnight! Never Work Again! Unfortunately, these claims are usually false. To go from being a plain affiliate to super affiliate takes a lot of work. In short, you need to be an affiliate of steel.

The vast majority of affiliate marketing sites online are run by people who have no great interest in turning a huge profit. For example, you'll find thousands of blogs where people put up a few Amazon listings and/or Google links on the off chance that a passing browser will click on them. That's all well and good, but this is no way to make a dent in the affiliate marketing game. To be a super affiliate, you need to treat affiliate marketing as a job, not just something that you do on the side to put a couple of bucks in your pocket.

There is a misconception that affiliate marketing is not a real business. After all, the affiliate is not putting out a product. This is patently false. Even though an affiliate marketer is not manufacturing a product, he or she is still offering the product up for sale. An affiliate marketer still needs to be in charge of search engine optimization, custom content, quality web design, financial management, and everything else that goes into running a successful e-business. As with any business, an affiliate marketing plan is only as strong as the amount of work you put into it.

A super affiliate will be able to turn as hefty a profit as a standard business—several sales a day on a number of different fronts. Remember, successful affiliate marketers don't necessarily stop at one site. WidgetBucks Addressing Network Quality and RPC

Maintaining network quality is our main goal at WidgetBucks, and from this comes competitive RPC (revenue-per-click), profitable publishers and satisfied merchants. However, we are currently experiencing an imbalance in our network stemming from an inordinate and unanticipated amount of accounts that violate our Terms of Use, as well as international traffic that is not converting to sale.

We continue to suspend many violating accounts, and naturally, many of those suspended publishers feel wronged, angered and frustrated. Along with our automated click fraud alert system, our account review team is dedicating significant time and energy to hand-reviewing these sites where WidgetBucks widgets are placed -- and taking swift action in removing these accounts from the network. If you have been suspended, we encourage you to refer to the subject line of the email you received for the reason behind your suspension, and read our Terms of Use (or have it translated for clarity).

The other key factor is non-converting clicks (to sale) by users geographically outside the U.S. and Canada. In essence, it is these non-converting clicks that are bringing down publishers' RPCs across the board. Many publishers on blogs and comment boards have raised this issue -- and we've definitely heard you.

We are now taking two steps to help rectify the situation, which we anticipate will help recover RPC levels over the next 7 to 10 days:

And to clarify, Mpire/WidgetBucks does not get credit for this traffic either -- undoubtedly skeptics will incorrectly assume this. We will definitely evaluate re-adding certain countries over time and evaluate their conversions -- but for the next few weeks, it's critical that we are diligent about click traffic in order to recover RPC numbers.

If you are a publisher with a lot of non-US traffic, we suggest using a geo-based ad placement service to determine when to display a WidgetBucks ad widget versus an internationally applicable ad. Some examples include MaxMind, IP2Location, etc, and there are solutions available for OpenAds that do this as well. -- they will be able to access all the major shopping marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, Shopping.com, Wal-Mart, Target and thousands more.

Second, early next week, WidgetBucks will become a "gated" ad network that will require approval to join. For current publishers, this does not change much for you. You are "grandfathered" into the network; however, we will continue to review sites for Terms violations. By raising the bar of entry, we anticipate this will help eliminate a number of issues we're facing.

As a young ad network -- and one that is growing daily -- we may have underestimated the impact these factors would have on and across the network. Accidental clicks fade into the background

Earlier this year we stepped back to examine the value users, advertisers, and publishers derive from clicks on content ads. As you integrate ads with your site's content and navigation, we want to ensure a positive user experience. We identified a few areas for improvement and began implementing changes, starting with our new ad formats in April.

Continuing these improvements, we've just changed our text ads slightly to help reduce accidental clicks. In the past, users could click on both the background and full text of an ad, but now they can click only on the title and URL of a text ad. By allowing users to click only on the ad title and URL, we aim to decrease accidental clicks, better aligning visitor behavior with their intent. Overall, the decrease in accidental clicks will keep users on your website, interacting your content, until they intend to click on an ad.

In addition, this new clickable format better aligns with the text ad formats shown on Google.com. We hope this format change contributes to a better, more consistent user experience.

Finally, this change won't just improve user experience on your site; it benefits advertisers as well. We currently monitor clicks on Google ads for accidental clicks, and the format change complements our monitoring system by further ensuring advertisers only pay for meaningful clicks. The AdSense API on an e-commerce platform

A few months ago, I mentioned how e-commerce sites could use AdSense to increase their overall revenues without changing their current business models. Today Zlio.com has taken it to the next level by using the AdSense API to allow their users to implement this strategy.

The core service of Zlio is to allow internet users to create and run their own internet shops. After a quick registration process, users can pick from millions of products and earn commission on every item bought from their ZlioShops. Aside from choosing their products, future shopowners can select from a few different templates to give their shops the look and feel they want. Finally, these shopowners can add text to describe the products and highlight their favorites.

Today, as added functionality, Zlio users can also add Google ads to their shops. Very much like what we currently offer via Blogger, users can pick shop templates that already include AdSense ad units without ever having to dig into the HTML code of their shop. We hope that this new API will help bring AdSense to existing Zlio users, and also that current AdSense publishers will try Zlio as a way to increase their current AdSense revenue.

The screenshot above shows an example of a shop offering scuba diving items -- you might notice that two AdSense ad units and one link unit have been placed on the page. From a revenue perspective, 60% of all the revenue generated from AdSense will go to the shopowner.

เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติ (คือ TLA ยอมเป็นนายหน้าให้)

ขั้นตอนการสมัครสมาชิกแบบง่าย

7. รอการอนุมัติจาก TLA

ถ้าเราได้รับการอนุมัติ … นั่นแสดงว่า
- เราได้ร่วมบริจาคเงินให้กับคนที่แนะนำเรา
- เรามีพื้นที่ให้คนบริษัทใน internet เช่า เพื่อว่า banner
- เรารอรับ email จาก TLA เมื่อมีคนขอเช่าพื้นที่โฆษณา

งานนี้ขอเพียงศึกษาให้เข้า เพราะเป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่แห่งระบบออนไลน์ ถือว่าเป็นโอกาสที่ดีสำหรับพวกเราที่อยู่หน้าคอมเป็นประจำ งานนี้ทำสนุกมาก ไม่มีอะไรต้องมากดดันเรา สำหรับรายได้มีคนถามเสมอว่าได้มาอย่างไร แล้วบริษัทได้เงินมาจ่ายเรายังไง จริงๆ แล้วเราต่างหากเป็นผู้สร้างรายได้ใหกับบริษัทครับ ตั้งแต่เข้าเวปมา เคยสังเกตมั๊ยว่า มีโฆษณาเต็มไปหมดในทุกๆ หน้าเวปที่เราเปิดเข้าไป มีทั้งจาก google และจากบริษัทอื่นๆ แค่เราคลิกเปิดเวปเข้าไป ก็ทำให้บริษัทได้เงินแล้ว ยิ่งเรากดเปิดมากเท่าไหร่ บริษัทก็ได้เงินมากขึ้น เวลาจ่ายค่าโฆษณา เขานับตามจำนวนการกดของคนครับ ดังนั้นเมื่อเราเป็นผู้สร้างรายได้ให้บริษัท บริษัทจึงเอาเงินรายได้ส่วนนี้มาแบ่งจ่ายให้เรา ถ้าบริษัทไม่จ่ายจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น ก็คือไม่มีคนมากดให้ ไม่มีคนชวนคนมากดให้ นั่นหมายความว่าบริษัทจะสูญเสียรายได้มหาศาล

แล้วเราได้จากไหนบ้าง งานนี้ทำคนเดียวไม่ได้ครับ หรือเรียกว่าได้น้อยมาก เราต้องสร้างทีมมาดูโฆษณา โดยอาจจะแนะนำ 10 คน แล้วสอนให้เขาเข้าใจการทำงานนี้ และแนะนำให้เขาหาต่ออีกคนละประมาณ 10 คน ทีมก็จะใหญ่ขึ้น และแต่ล่ะคนก็แนะนำต่อ ไม่นานทีมงานคุณก็จะใหญ่ไปถึงระดับ 10 ทุกๆ เพจวิวที่ลูกทีมเรากด จะนำมาคิดเป็นค่าตอบแทนให้เรา ตั้งแต่ 4% ของรายได้จากค่าโฆษณา ถึง 30% ขึ้นอยู่กับระดับ ไปอ่านที่ profile ผมนะครับ

ผมเขียนมายาวหน่อยเพื่อหวังว่าจะได้นำไปแนะนำคนอื่นตัวด้วยครับ

จากที่ผมสังเกตดู ส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่เข้าใจการทำเพจวิวของตัวเอง ดังนั้นผมจึงอย่าให้ทุกคนศึกษาและทำตามนี้ครับ

วิธีทำเพจวิวด้วยตัวเอง (ตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตนก่อนครับ)
1. กดไปที่รูปของตัวเอง เข้าเวปตัวเอง ได้ เพจวิว
2. กดไปที่ข้อความของตัวเองใน blog ได้เพจวิว แต่อย่ากดบ่อยครับ นอกจากเราจะทำการแก้ไข หรืออ่านดูข้อความที่เพื่อน คอมเมนต์ ก็ได้เพจวิว กดให้ครบทุกข้อความที่เราโพสต์
3. กดดูรูปภาพที่ตัวเองโพสต์ไว้ เพื่อดูรูปหรือดูคอมเมนต์ ก็ได้เพจวิว
4. กดไปที่รูปเพื่อนๆ ในรายการเพื่อน หรือที่เพื่อนคอมเมนต์มา กดไปที่รูปเพื่อน 1 ครั้ง ก็ได้เพจวิว จากนั้นก็เข้าสู่ profile ของเพื่อน มีข้อความใน blog ของเพื่อน กดเพื่อเปิดออกมาดู ได้ 1 เพจวิว แล้วฝากคอมเมนต์ กดประมาณ 3 ที ก็ได้ 3 เพจวิว จากนั้นกดไปที่รูปของเพื่อนอีก และอ่านข้อความต่อไป ทำเช่นเดียวกัน ก็จะได้เพจวิว อีก เราได้ เพื่อนก็ได้ด้วยครับ
5. กดไปที่รูปภาพที่เพื่อนลงไว้ใน picture ใต้รูปของเพื่อน กดเข้าไปแต่ละครั้งก็ได้เพจวิว เลื่อนรูป 1 ครั้ง ก็ได้ 1 เพจวิว เมื่อดูสิ่งต่างๆ ของเพื่อนคนนี้เสร็จแล้วก็น่าจะได้กันทั้งคู่ คนละ 30-50 เพจวิว
6. ในรายการเพื่อนของเพื่อน กดเข้าไปที่รูปทำให้เพื่อนคนนี้ได้เพจวิวและเราได้เพจวิว จากนั้นเข้าสู่เพื่อนคนต่อไป แล้วทำเช่นเดียวกัน ถ้าเราไม่ได้ add เป็นเพื่อน ก็ add ซะ ขั้นตอนการ add ก็ทำให้เราได้เพจวิ

เมื่อเข้าไปที่ profile เพื่อนก็อย่าลืม คอมเมนต์ให้เพื่อนด้วยนะ เพื่อนได้เพจวิว เราได้ด้วย

ทำแบบนี้ให้กับเพื่อน ทุกๆ คน เราจะได้เพจวิวมากมายครับ

ต่อไปก็สร้าง blog ใส่รูป หาข้อความมาใส่ ให้เพื่อนๆ มากดบ้าง 100 คนเข้ามากดของเราคนละ 50 เพจวิว เราก็ได้ 5000 เพจวิวแล้ว ต่อวัน เห็นมั๊ยครับ ว่าง่ายนิดเดียว
